"Elena Dell'Adami" is a new winery brand but with a long tradition and experience behind it.Elena Dell’Adami de Tarczal and Matteo Marzari, oenologist for years particularly expert in Trentino wines, are the two young producers.



They created this winery with the specific purpose to produce quality wines able to attract their coetaneous.“Elena Dell'Adami” wines are pleasant, freshly perfumed, not too aged, in other words easy to drink. The production area is Vallagarina, vineyards are all located on the right side of river Adige, both on the hill and valley.

The white grapes, in particular, are on the top of the hill and it is thanks to this position that “Elena Dell'Adami”  white wines are so flavoured. Marzemino is the main red wine of the whole production. Mentioned in Mozart’s Don Giovanni it is the local  vine of the area of Isera. Elena and Matteo aim to produce quality wines reflecting the wine tradition and taste of the autochthon Trentino wines.
